Free & Safe in Vermont

The Rokeby Museum in Ferrisburgh, VT has a new $1.3-million exhibit that chronicles Vermont’s role in the Underground Railroad by tracing the stories of two men who were sheltered at Ferrisburgh Farm in 1830s. The exhibit, Free & Safe: The Underground Railroad in Vermont, will be open daily from 10 to 5 from now through October 27, 2013. Admission costs $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, $8 for students. Children under 5 are free. Admission to the exhibit is free on Tuesdays from 1 PM to 5 PM.
