- July 27 – August 5, 2012: Deerfield Valley Blueberry Festival in the Deerfield Valley
- August 3 – 5, 2012: Festival of Fools, a curated festival of street theater devoted to community engagement through the celebration of circus arts, music and comedy for family audiences in Burlington
- August 4, 2012: Midd Summer Festival a celebration of Vermont beer, wine, and cheese in Middlebury
- August 23 – 26, 2012: Celebrate Vermont in Stowe
- September 14 & 15, 2012: Grand Point North – A 2-day music festival in Burlington’s Waterfront Park
- September 21 – 23, 2012: Vermont Life Wine and Harvest Festival in the Mount Snow Valley
