Two Iconic MA North Shore Fried Clam Eateries Featured in USA TODAY Travel

Woodman’s invented the fried clan way back in 1916. The Clam Box is no newcomer either having been founded in 1938. While the recipes for fried clams are different at both establishments, both are considered to be iconic examples of how great a fried clam can be.
