On the Wednesday May 18 through Sunday May 22 Nantucket will once again play host to their annual Wine Festival. This festival is nationally recognized as one of the best wine events in the United States. The 2011 edition of the festival will feature:
- A celebrity chef & winemaker auction dinner
- A grand tasting featuring over 165 wineries
- Great wines in grand houses tastings, brunches, lunches, and dinners
- Luncheon symposia with distinguished winemakers who will discuss their wines
- A harbor gala presenting great food from some of Nantucket’s best restaurants and special guest celebrity chefs
- Wine & food seminars

This is a great event to appreciate some great food and wine, and also a good excuse to get an early jump on the summer season.
