The Island of Nantucket annually plays hosts to numerous very popular festivals throughout he year.
Nantucket Arts Festival
The Nantucket Arts Festival is an annual presentation of the Nantucket Arts Council. The festival typically starts in September and lasts for up to 10 days. Included in the festival are artisan talks, exhibits, films, gallery and studio tours, music, poetry readings, theatre, and more.
Nantucket Comedy Festival
The Nantucket Comedy Festival has been an annual Island event since 2008, It is held every year in late July.
Nantucket Daffodil Festival
The Nantucket Daffodil Festival is an annual right of spring dating back over three decades. The festival features art shows, contests, exhibitions, lectures, parades, tours and the annual Nantucket Daffodil Flower Show. The festival may also include special events including 5K road races and special brunches.
The Nantucket Daffodil Festival is held on the last weekend of April every year.
Nantucket Wine Festival
Since its beginnings in 1996, the Nantucket Wine Festival has grown into one of the most popular wine festivals in the United States. Held annually in May, the festival features a grand tasting, a harbor gala, an auction dinner, brunches, lunches, and dinners, food and wine seminars, receptions and more.
