Story Land is a theme park located in Glenn, New Hampshire in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. The park was founded in 1954, at which time it had one ride. It has grown over the years to 21 rides and numerous other attractions. The park’s theme is centered around storybook characters.

Story Land is a very manageable park. Its size makes it easy to get around but there is still enough to do to keep everyone occupied for a day’s visit. The park is an especially good destination for families with small children (the park website says that Story Land is geared toward children ages 2 to 12), but rides like the Polar Coaster, and Bamboo Shoots (log flume) will keep the older kids, and parents, happy as well. Story Land can be a lot of fun for people of any age who are still a kid at heart.

For lovers of antique carousels, Story Land is home to an antique German carousel that dates to 1900.

The park is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. An admission fee applies.
